Permission Statement: I give permission for my child(ren) to take part in the CultureConnect ArtsCrawl on Monday, November 10, 2024, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. I permit any photos of my child taken during this event to be used by CultureConnect for publicity purposes. I understand that my child will be responsible for following the directions of the program leaders.

Space will be limited to 12 students

PLEASE PAY WHAT YOU CAN; EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO COME, CAN COME! Our costs are $75 per student but whatever you're able to contribute would be greatly appreciated.
